differ from Therapy or Counselling?

Therapy often involves looking into our past. For example, it is designed to treat mental disorders like anxiety, depression, trauma or PTSD.

Therapy helps you to process emotions, overcome psychological challenges, and heal from past experiences.

Wellbeing coaching, in contrast, is looking to the future, enabling and empowering you to set realistic, attainable goals to achieve your personal or professional best.
